Upskill training for the MSME manufacturing sector in India can significantly boost productivity, reduce defect rates, and lower production costs, leading to substantial savings and improved compliance with environmental regulations. For the workforce, it enhances wages, career advancement opportunities, job security, and job satisfaction, while also bridging the skills gap and improving safety awareness. For the cluster, it increases productivity, fosters innovation, enhances competitiveness, and improves adaptability to technological changes, ultimately leading to higher job satisfaction and morale.
