Occupational Safety Hazards & Machine Maintenance Training Program

The Occupational Safety Hazards & Machine Maintenance Training Program for the forging and foundry manufacturing processes, held from 25th March to 28th March 2025 at Ashiana Trade Centre, Adityapur, aimed to enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency for Adityapur MSMEs. Organized under the SIDBI Cluster Intervention Program (CIP) in collaboration with Shelcare Pvt. Ltd., the program aimed to reduce accidents by educating workers on hazard identification and mitigation, enhancing machine reliability through routine maintenance training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The event saw the participation of 35 professionals from various forging and foundry MSMEs, who engaged in insightful sessions on machine maintenance, workplace safety, and effective hazard management. This initiative marks a significant step towards fostering a safer and more efficient working environment in the forging and foundry sectors of Adityapur.
